The Coventry Rugby Club is the oldest rugby club in Britain. In its darkest moments in its history it was nearly lost to the nation due to financial difficulties. Perpetual Legacy supported the club to emerge stronger and also to secure in perpetuity the pitch and club house that they were deprived of due to non performance of the previous developer of the surrounding site. Perpetual Legacy has now acquired the site and is proposing new development compatible with community interest to provide a destination enabled by investing in social benefit on a contemporary setting that is commercially viable.
